I am looking for some good paintable tailgate hinges (mine are locked up) along with rocker guard "t-bolts"...I see the collection of roll bars in the back ground of one of your pics, so even though the Scrambler pictured doesn't have the rocker covers, maybe you have these bolts from prior projects? They came on a number of CJ5,7,8's.

bolt pattern is 5 x 5 1/2. If seriously interested I can get a couple more pics. They are nothing special though.
