Got this back in the shop last night have to pull the trans back out because I was sent the wrong flywheel so hopefully it will be moving under its own power this weekend. I have to bleed the brakes and finish some intercooler piping and it will be almost ready.

started on my exhaust as well it’s going to run under the cab and dump in front of the rear tire. 3” down pipe to a 4” straight pipe that will get a turn down on it.

I made some Cummins decals for the side of the truck and finally moved it out of the shop under its own power. Still need to finish some stuff but it’s closer than it’s ever been to being driven down the road.

I like this side better than the look of the other just my $.02 looks more like what that truck would have had back in the day.

I like the finished look of the sides a regular flat bed just looks unfinished to me

Finished cutting and tacking the side panels on last night had my boy helping me (earning his dirt bike gas money for the summer)

He loves to use the grinder.

Flatbed is turning out awesome

Thanks never been a huge fan of regular flat beds they just never look finished to me. I didn’t want to see the frame hanging down and what not.

Few updates on this truck… it’s plated. Had to pick up a new fuel cell as the brand new one on it started leaking. I finished up all my wiring gauges work still need to wire up a tach and figure out a Speedo. I upgraded my headlights to led ones also.

Yep. Need to revisit my clutch line as it has a leak some where but the rest is good to go. It still needs some tweaks here and there but it’s ready to put some miles on it

Added some 7” hids I had laying around. Also adding a double steering stabilizer to it that I got with a load of other parts.

Other than a few cosmetic things this one is running and driving I will finish the interior this winter when I put it up but hopefully it serves well pulling my junk around lol
