Do these have the POL valve or the OPD valve?

I beleive these are the old style valves but from what I was told these do not need the new style vavles like the 20lb tanks.
This is what the guy told me at the place that was refilling them.

Thanks for the reply, but I contacted the person I thought would be interested and he found some last week. He is under the impression that some gas trucks will deliever to 100 lb. tanks if the valve is updated.
