Fuckn' rough. Hate hearing about stuff like this. I chat with Dave on the reg on facebook. My feeling kinda brings me back to when Tonka got in his hellacious wreck.

I wish Dave a quick physical and mental recovery, and SS's fam.. my heart pours out to them.

For sure Petalmel. I was thinking the same thing as I started scrolling through.
Whiterhino, Jeepfreak81 posted it on facebook, took me a couple hours to figure out how to log back in. I thought this forum died when CC sold it to the Canuks.

I think other social media usage caused about a 90% drop in activity here...

I might have to repaint mine... mine has always been cursed in other ways though.

I did not know Jeremy personally either, I was thinking about going though.

Jeremy William Ahnen, age 30, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, passed away January 25, 2019. He was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan on April 16, 1988. Jeremy graduated from Avondale High School and went on to serve in the United States Army for 4 years, serving one of those years overseas in Iraq. He then went on to have a career as a laser operator for MetalWorks in Chesterfield and was a member of the Great Lakes 4x4 Club. Jeremy always put all his love for his daughter first and then his country. He is survived by the most important part of his life, his daughter, Adilyn; his parents, Jeff and Annette Ahnen; his sister, Nichole (Shawn) Pyle; the love of his life, Katie Verbruggen; his nieces and nephews, Gavin, Caleb, and Justine; and many cousins. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 2-7 PM, with a Memorial Service beginning at 7 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd., Auburn Hills, Michigan.

shows how much he thought of this site.

I'm still out of work, so my schedule is open, if there is a convenient time for everyone we could do a 'one last meet and greet' for Jeremy

So sad to hear. RIP Jeremy. I hope Dave is okay, I haven’t seen him in years. I logged on looking for Jeep parts and see this. 😞
