I store my camper indoors in the winter. They repurpose a building on the lot and it's setup that everyone brings their trailers in during this week, and you can get it out during this week. It works out well, I was paying $100 for Nov - Apr, they raised the rates this past winter to $250, still a good deal. I have to sign a waiver that they are not responsible for any damage that occurs while stored. And if I can't get there on the day needed to get it out, they are able to move it for me to let others out, then put mine back in. I'm happy with it, no complaints.

I would not want a dedicated move in/move out date. We usually camp into November, sometimes December and try to get it out mid March. Most places aren't that accommodating.

Mine was dedicated move in move out week as well. It could be dropped off whenever leading up to that week but it sat outside. He didn't move it in until that week. Same with moving it out. If it was in the way, he moved it out that week and left it out until I picked it up. Same disclosure, not responsible for damage. It was $300 for a 24' pontoon on a trailer, so 30' total with the neck of the trailer.
