That is one wide tire! Don't know a thing about those but look gnarly.

Knuckles cleaned up, new LBJS.

Machined the bearings to fit a Chevy wheel, just need to drill the new pattern.

I still want a bigger tire though. Just not in the budget. Not enough options for a 42 radial

Dismounting from home today. I will say the work cherry picker is easier to maneuver, but once in position, using my winch made it pretty quick and easy.

Got the rest of the Hutchinsons dismounted. I had used a little silicone on the oring on only one of the five. Holy hell was that one scary to pull apart. I thought I was gonna either rip the tire in half or break the wheel before it let loose.

The one with silicone was the one I broke the face on and replaced the outer half off. I probably won't silicone them when I go back together. I couldn't imagine trying to separate that on a trail

Well, I guess that was wishful thinking. After getting two mounted up I checked them and both leaked. So back apart and some silicone added.

Dropped off the toyos to the newer as well.

You should find a tire guy to do them for you. Mine never leak.

1.25" artec mounts, using stock replacement body mounts. I had daystar lift mounts in it before. Didn't quite install on the frame like I hoped. Some modifications were required to get them to fit where they did.
