4 link uppers mockup. Lowers are planned out but need mockup. Geometry will have 3" higher roll center in the rear than front, which should be good. Front AD% will be higher than rear (65% to 55%).

Pinion tie in will need some relief on pass side to clear at full bump.

Current thought is 1.625x0.188 uppers and 2x0.375 lowers. All DOM with inserts. Already picked up 7/8x3/4 rod ends for uppers and lowers.

Rear tire check. Making sure I know where the shocks can live.

Just need the concrete and rebar to set and the rear 4-link will be complete.

Rear links are now hopefully more durable. Front upper link is frenched into the truss.

Have the pass upper link in cardboard cad. Plan is to get it cut tomorrow.

Cut a set of axle side UCA mounts yesterday, but realized they were 1/2" too low. Will have to modify and recut.

Thanks on the shop. I'm super happy with the space.

Full bump. Front needs steering, rear needs shocks.

Rear mockup. Tank is clear of axle UCA mounts.

Radiator is old 26x19 from when the wrangler had a 4.7. Want to go to 31x19.

Went to use weld on brake brackets and found they line up perfectly with the flange and not the tube. I think I will chop the bracket around the flange and make a piece to bolt on to the stock 4 bolt flange. Wish I would not have scrapped the old backing plates so I had a template.

Checking front for clearance and making sure shocks dont bind. Now to slide it back and get rear shocks setup.

Hooray, I can mount the winter tires, now just to get done before winter ends.

One rear shock temp mounted. Need to rotate lower bracket a bit forward. Plan to make a nicer upper mount that spans the tubes. Then duplicate on pass side.
