Iíve been looking at a swisher mower for my sxs. This wonít be used on my main yard just some fields and brushy stuff, Iíd think it be a pain to mow ur grass with one because of the turning radius and would just depend on how your yard is laid out
Iíve been trying to find one of these unicorns for about 2 years.

Only people I have known to do it were using it more as a brush hog for fields they mowed a few times a year.

I ran down this rabbit hole a little wile back and found for around $1600 you can pick up something like this and mow 3 times faster

most of the pull behind mowers run off an extra motor which means you are running 2 engines and putting hours on two as opposed to one

How much time do you want to wast ???

I can knock down the farm yard in like 30 minutes if there are 30 mows in a season that works out to like 15 Hours a year as opposed to the 45 Hours a season on my craftsman mower.

I use an old lawn mower with a 48" cut that I don't give a shit about. Hydrostatic, is a real lawn mower instead of a garden tractor so it turns on a dime, quick to change directions, etc. Blades look like bar stock at this point. Very quick to use and I don't care if I grind some stumps or crush some rocks.

I have a pull-behind mower with an 8hp briggs on it, remote start, power lift, etc. I bet I haven't hooked it up to anything in 6 or 7 years.
