Trump has done more for Americans and this country that any of the others promise to do.
He would continue to do what he has promised. He has kept his promises from his first run.
I think you need to show your support fir him this time around. He would help you more than any democrat would. Look at your 401k and his policies and how they have propelled America from where it was.
Just a thought. Why would you cast a vote for someone that has only their interest at heart?

Because I disagree with every word of this.

Edit: I take that back, I agree with the last line, which is why I won't be voting for Trump.

A heartfelt response with facts and no digs, I like it.

I will be voting for Trump again. He is the best president FOR THE PEOPLE we have had in a very long time. I'm not saying he can't be an arrogant ass, but he is a GOOD president.

Honestly doesn't bother me a bit. I believe our president is the first president in many years who attempts to ALWAYS put America first. He is the first president who had the balls to call out the U.N. and our so called allies who have been hanging on America's tit for as long as we will let them. He has pushed back at China, Mexico and Canada to better our trade status. He has told the EU to pony up their share of United Nations costs. So of course they aren't going to like him, and like so many people, if they don't like someone, they compensate by making fun of them. I see it as if they don't like him, he's doing something right in my favor.

MAGA 2020!

I think with Trump it's Trump first, and always. I've never bought into the idea that Trump is the only one that cares about us. But I also never bought into the "all hate America" narrative either.

But even if I did think that Trump was always attempting to put America first, I have no faith that he actually knows what's best for America. He seems to surround himself with "yes men" and refuses to listen to anyone else. And I honestly do not think he's very smart.

And even if I did think he knew what was best and wanted to do it, at least as far as foreign policy, I think he's become completely ineffective at getting anything done. World leaders, friend and foe alike, have no respect for him. They do not take him seriously. And after the whole Ukraine debacle, I don't see any other world leaders even wanting to talk to him.

It's easy to get back to average (Obama). Than it is to go to historic numbers.

Yes, Trump gets credit for keeping a good thing going.

I would mostly blame the person in office when the drop started, and only blame the person that comes later if they can't get it turned around.

I think it's easier to keep a good thing going than it is to turn around a bad thing into a good thing.

Trump has done more than Regan has done and Regan did a lot. Trump has surpassed any president for accomplishments completed and promise kept.

This was him as a citizen. He seems to be a different man now. Working around the clock for the American people and not taking a paycheck for it to boot.

I think fro him it's all about his ego. What changed for him to become a "different man" was that he realized he wouldn't live forever, and that just being know is some rich person would not really give him much place in history, but if he was considered a great president he would be remembered. I don't think he really cares about people, what he cares about is what people think of him.

Why do you care what drives a person as long as they are working towards our best interest?
Makes no difference to me.

My ego drives me as well.

It's why I don't still work at Pizza Hut. The drive to not only do better, but do better and subtly rub peoples faces in it (like my family, not random strangers lol). The best revenge is living well, I make sure my alcoholic loser parents make it down to the cottage on the lake and the one in Florida once a year.

Then there's the ego trip that drives me to compete with others, progress, get educated, get skilled, master things.... It's all ego. I believe ego is what drove our ancestors out of the savanna and a crossed the globe. That first primate was probably fulfilled in his little valley, eating banana's and shit.

I have no issue with Trump being driven by his ego, just like I'm sure my own household doesn't mind me being driven by mine.
