It can be made to work, but you'll only get like 70% throttle wot.

I was thinking about that the other day... The horror stories about tac modules, throttle body, fuel pedal etc....

I have replaced plenty at work of all three individually and w/o any programming and have never ran into issues. But yet you read all these troublesome stories.

I've seen it 4 times. 3x with new E67/E38 controllers, the other was with White Rhino's setup that he's talked about on here.

All the new style ECM ones were from mixing a car/truck ECM with a truck/car throttle body. Only one tuner was able to diagnose the issue, the others just turned off the DTC, but that doesn't prevent it from putting the vehicle in limp home mode, and to make it worse it goes into that mode and nothing to tell you why.

Swapping part for part, I've never seen an issue.

For the newer integrated electronic throttle control setups, I think the GM Performance package that gives you the harness, controller, easy to package throttle pedal, and most of the sensors is a good deal for those not wanting to sort out what will work with each other. Just make sure you don't cheap out and try a truck throttle body, gotta have the car LS2 variant like you have.

After we figured out that I had the wrong module and replaced it, I immediately picked up another from a junk yard and tested it out. It stays with my spare care package just in case.

The new motor for the jeep didn't come with a pedal or tac. So I went to pick n pull and grabbed two sets (one set from each vehicle) to have two matched pairs.

What controller are you using? With the pedal you picked, it looks to be the 2007 up Truck (E38, 2 connectors)

The throttle body is a 2010 ls2 corvette/camaro. With the respective xlink, I can run the Gen 3 parts. Xlink is jumper harness/adapter to fit the gen3 harness to the gen4 throttle body.

I am using a 08 trailblazer ss intake and fuel rail/injectors.

Attended the Hudsonville jeep fest Saturday. My day was cut short do to my wife's friend getting married. But was able to get a lap in on the course. Was fun. They do a great job.

Toyos still continue to impress me. Haven't regretted the switch yet. And I'm sure I've done things that would have gashed an mtr by now.

I went first thing, right when the course opened. It got a lot busier later in the morning, afternoon. It was just a pay to play course, not a competition. Event had lots of vendors, bounce houses, animal/zoo show, stage with bands playing, a "car (jeep) show", lots of things to do and see and wonder around.

Picked up the 4L80 from high gear transmission in Conklin. Nice guy, good rep, and good pricing. I'd take a pic but well ya know.
