So I SOLD all my toys to come up with the down payment on this Shit box and the 92 Acres it is setting on. The owner owned it just for the hunting and rented the house out over the past 31 years to say the inside was in need of some up dates would be an under statement.

I Still have a long ways to go but we are getting there

Sold all my toys once for a same kinda home and 60 acres. Best thing i ever did. There will always be time for more toys but owing acreage like that is priceless

Whatever the F you want. I'd use it for a shooting range, food plots, and hunting. Or, in farm country, lease some acreage out.

Looks like maybe there are stairs to the right taking you to the main level of the house as seen forward of the pictures stairs. The original basement stairs too steep and didn't meet code so redoing and going to move the door up which will require stairs on the outside of the house.

This is an awesome thread... You've made some awesome progress, and it will be great to see as you continue to finish this house up. Have seen some really nice upgrades/rebuilds done on some older houses that both my wife and I love, but its a daunting task thinking about all the tear out and rebuilding.

Anything interesting on the 90+ acres or any current plans with it?

Only toys i've had to sell was my snowmobile and a quad; sold them to help pay for my wedding. Kinda sad I sold my sled, I absolutely loved it, but don't regret it at all.

Still have my 96 chevy that is my toy; although I haven't used it as a toy in about, 4 years? It sits up north in my grandpa's garage right now, I just look it. Hopefully I'll have time year to address some issues with it and play around in it.

I guess it all depends on how you use it or want to use it. 92 acres for me would equal all sorts of fun moto trails, moto track, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, I'd build up some kind of ice climbing tower, i'd have a nice garden, some good hunting habitat/food plots/blinds, if i had the money i'd dig a nice pond to fish, shooting range, the list goes on and on. Pretty much my own private outdoor recreation compound.

Of course you'd have to have the money to build some of those things, or have interest in having some of those things.

@roll-bar Bob the new place looks like it's coming along nicely, agree with others, what's the deal with the stairs?

Jesus I didn't mean it literally. Of course you can do whatever you want. I do that with what I got. I was just thinking about all the plans I could come up with, and probably not have the time or money to do it lol. Definitely keep you busy. Looks like it's coming together good RBB.
