You should tie the top of the hoop/bar back into the frame or into the cage somehow, I dont think that will hold up as is.

Right now the bar/hoop is just spanning the b and c pillar of the cage I'm still not sure how I want to gusset it yet

well the new setup survived the mustache run with minor issues. The worst break was unloading it off the trailer when i got it home the brake caliper bracket broke and locked the caliper into the wheel... At least its a easy fix so now i need to go thru it front to back before thanksgiving at the mounds.

Today I shortened my front upper link so maybe now I can got my castor dialed in so it will drive better.

other than having some rear brake issues the jeep has performed awesome the last two trips out to the mounds! now its time to start collecting parts to build my dana 300 and get it installed before spring and i just ordered a set of diy beadlocks from totalmetalinovations.com

been awhile since ive updated this wheeled it about a half a dozen times with the new set up and lost two beads at the mounds, then broke the upper link bar frame mount while winching out. i now have beadlocks and a new and improved upper link mount pics to follow.

I've taken pics with my phone and others have pics with different cameras and it look way more yellow on camera its rustoleum key lime green
