Default Project CJ in a Tj (full width axles coilover 3link and more)

I figured it's time I make a build thread on my jeep. Little back ground on me, my initials are cj and that's what my friends and family call me. this is the 6th wrangler I have owned I have had cj5 cj7 yj and 3 tj's along with a hand full of other jeeps. I have been wheeling since I was 14 I had a 2 door 5 speed strocker xj on full widths I wheeled for 6 or so years. I parted ways with it in 2014 to build a 74 bronco which was sold before I got to wheel it in 2015 I had a ranger I was building when I came across this tj... on to the pictures
I started with this I traded a ranger I was daily driving for it I had $1100 in to the ranger 4.0 auto

I got it home and started working on it found out frame and body were going to need a lot more work than I was expecting floors were shot all the way to the seat mount as well as all body mounts not to mention the skid plat was sheet metal screwed and welded on.

So I picked up a nice body and frame had a anti rock corner guards and a 4" lift

Got it home cleaned and painted frame and engine bay and started swapping all the parts over
Had it running and driving in about 6 days

Picked up some 36" swamper sand started building my front fenders and bumper

After About 3 weeks of work I took it to silver lake sand dunes the first week of July for 9 days of playing

That brings us current finished my fenders last night and added lights

Got a couple things done last night I finished wiring my winch up all the controls are in the cab now. The solenoids are under the hood. I need to pick up a fair lead for it but it is there if I have to use it for now

Well started my axle swap last Wednesday and it didn't go as planned... I took a upper control arm to the face 8 stitches and 3 days off work

I now have the new front axle under the jeep moved it forward 4" some time in the next week I will get the links tacked in place and cycle everything. I ordered a bracket kit for my rear dana 60 so I will be starting that soon also

Well I flex everything out and didn't have any binding so I fully welded the brackets in place. Now I'm waiting on parts for my plasma cutter so I can cut my old mounts off and do my c/o mounts also threw the wheels on and I really need to find some h1's

This is with a stock h1 I just need 3 more

Well started clean I g up my new rear axle last night then I ran out of grinding wheels and cutoff wheels but I got my link brackets tacked in place. Today I plan to pick up a couple wheels and get the old leaf perches cut off. Then fully weld all the link brackets

I got all my brackets fully welded I still need to cut the leaf spring perches off but the parts for my plasma cutter will be here today so that should make thing easier. I also got my original rear axle pulled and the jeep is ready for the new axle.

Stock arms for now I plan to 4 link the rear and build my 609 this winter along with a v8 swap
