I like the floor board work. Clean. Hate doing that kind of work.


Carefully with that 205 mount. Puts funny stress on the tcase adapter and trans housing having a mount there and one in the center of the adapter. Seen a few adapters and trans housing crack. I prefer to support the 205 at the adapter and under the rear output.

Is the exhaust gonna clear the frt driveshaft at bump?

My photos got corrupted. When I post from Facebook they only last a few months.

As for the 205 I planned a brace for the PTO side just haven't got the drawing sent of to water jet yet.

Did some stuff. Maybe a few weeks away from startup. Running and driving shortly after

I bought a 405k 2wd 2 door XJ near there a number of years ago. Nice area.

It runs and drives I have to work out some bugs. I think my iat sensor is not reading right and it's pig rich. Still wants to spin in every gear.

Need to build the front shaft and get the door hinges figured out. I had to cut them off because the torx were stripped and the pins were rusted.

After that I'll put some street miles on it then hit some terrain.

I've got to figure out how to post videos from my phone or dig my GoPro out
