Haven't touched it.
Been working on other smaller projects.
This will get some attention soon though.

I got a bit done in the time I haven't posted.

Got u bolt plates made and installed with yj u-bolts, got rear leaf springs, made 5 leaf bastard packs for the front, modded the tracker seats to fit, got the dashboard and steering column installed, ect.

I'll add more pics as they upload.
Had to switch to imgur because photobucket now has redirect ads when you click on anything.

Is it just me or do the front shackles have too much of an angle at ride height? Nice work BtW!

They probably do, but I set it up that way so the springs would be super soft and to use the springs to their maximum travel potential for the best possible ride.
They are straight up and down at full droop and almost perpendicular with the ground at full bump
I call them rock javelins.

Yes, Alex is re-inventing the shackle game. He is able to do this better than the original car manufacturers. They never thought of all this suspension technology he has been working on.

But the rest looks good. Atleast it is coming together. I am still stumped as to why you cant fit in a new JK, but you can fit into an old Samurai....???...

Seats are lowered a good amount.

And the front suspension is probably going to be unstable as fukc , but whatever.

I would mount all the springs with shackles on both ends.

I'm not sure how to fix that, I just switched over to imgur from photobucket.

Anyways thanks to the help of a good freind last night we got the dash and full harness pulled out of the geo, along with the gas tank.

So now I can start wiring the samurai, and hopefully it will be running by next weekend.

You should add sliders to the frame end of the top of the revolver shackles

Shackles look fine to me. If it's to soft, stand them up a little bit more.
