Default My new hooptie... kind of

I got this one a few months ago, just another toy that I think I'll hang on to for a long time.

Found some original photo's on my work computer....

'72 Duster
28k original miles
67 HP 440, .572" lift, ported, polished, flowed heads with 0.060" oversized valves
TCI super street fighter trans with manual valvebody and ratchet shifter
8 3/4" narrowed rear with auburn posi, alloys and 3.91 gears
14" slicks that can't hold the power

And the best part, my fiance bought it for me as my wedding present

The only thing I don't feel is the pedal covers. Other than that, the car is gold. I like it.

those are actually on the list of things to replace. I don't like the shape of the gas pedal either, that bottom corner is easy to grab when your foot is on the brake.

minus the front license plate, fuzzy dice, white face gages, woodgrain steering wheel, monster tach, bling shifter, and pedal covers, I dig That's a good woman She'll use it for leverage whenever she doesn't get her way for the rest of your life now though. You took the bait

I'm glad we went with her plan instead of mine: My idea was to be honest and tell you about the affair. Her idea was to buy you the car and it would distract you so you wouldn't even notice what we had going on.......

j/k buddy, had to give you a little hard time! I definitely want a ride. Looks bad azz. I couldn't be happier for you
