If you wanted it driveable while it is still warm maybe you shouldn't have jumped it at silver lake and put a hole in the radiator yesterday

Heater core came out with some extra motivation, but everything is out now. Time to start planning the new aluminum dash

I never understand why people ditch the stock TJ dash. It's good looking, has decent storage, and houses everything you really need in a wheeler. I could see ditching a YJ or CJ dash in favor of something custom, but I've never found myself wanting to get rid of the TJ setup.

Because it weighs a ton, I dont use any of the gauges anymore, and I looped my water pump so I dont have a need for the heater core, or A/C for that matter. Everything on the dash was useless to me so I dont see a purpose in it being that big and bulky.
