Thanks guys. Had a blast at the Mounds with it. Sending my new beadlock design to the laser cutter soon. Then i'll be able to air down a bit more. Should help on the snowy rocks.

We bounced our way through the rocks near the slab. With some sliders and warmer weather i'll be in that woods course.

I've got a 48 CJ-2A I've been working on.

What are you going to do with the leaf springs you took off?

Edit: The original 2.5" leafs....

I've got a lot of springs:

The factory Mahindra rear springs

(4) Rough Country 2.5" YJ springs with shocks

(4) Rough Country 4" YJ springs with shocks

I also have the mahindra rear Dana 44 axle that would be a good swap for your 2A.

Had fun out at Rocks and Valleys a couple weekends ago. Need more horsepower for sure.

Coming up for the next trip:

Rock sliders
Bead locks
Hydraulic hand brake for rear axle
New upper link mounts for front and rear suspension
cage mods

Needs more mouse power under the hood. Maybe later this year.

Nice to see it out on the trails again Did you end up making it up the wall? Looked awful close in the video.

Got the beadlocks finished up. 32 stainless 3/8 bolts.

Also cut out and welded up a new upper link mount for the rear. Raises the frame side mount quite a bit. It's all installed now and feels a lot better around the yard, so far. Should be a good improvement.

Looked good rolling through the neighborhood. Did you fix the shaft or did it self clearance?

Thanks. Drives a lot better with the new upper mount. Since the shaft floats in there it only does it some times when it’s in all the way.

Had a bunch of fun up at Drummond Island. Still working on other vids and pics. But here's a quick video at Turtle Ridge.

Roxor did great all weekend. But the powersteering pump is about dead (squeaking in the vid). Looking at upgrades now.

Does it use some variant of a saginaw pump that is easily upgradeable, or is it some mahindra specific part?

I'm not sure. I've been looking at Trail-gears pump for an early toyota with a v-belt, but it's pretty pricey at $300.

I'm open to other ideas though.
