1998 jeep cherokee

Bought this years ago as a project that never happened. It's a little rough but has potential, or great parts for a cleaner body.
1998 jeep cherokee sport
4.0, aw4, np231 w/sye and lengthened rear shaft. Dana 30 hp front, chrysler 8.25 rear, both open with stock 3.55.

Has a lift of sorts, not sure exactly on height. Looks like rough country short arms and track bar. Coils were broken and had 6' iro coils new in box when purchased, also iro adjustable track bar. Welded in front stiffeners.

Dana 30 was serviced with moog wheel bearings, dana ball joints and weld in c gussets less than 100 miles.

Aw4 had fluid and filter change, rans thru gears great last driven.

231 has a sye (maybe crown brand) and was allegedly completely rebuild before I purchased. No weird noises and all ranges work but slight leak from the output shaft.

4.0 runs great, tons of torgue. Runs very strong, header has been replaced so no cracks. No cat, quality iro cat back exhaust with "flowmaster type" muffler.

160k on the clock if I remember correctly.
Body is in pretty bad shape, rockers gone, drivers floor rusted thru, wheel wells cut up to clear tires and never sealed or painted. Broken side window but vehicle has been stored since purchase.
Interior is rough as well but all there. Sagging headliner, door panels removed to service failed lock mechanisms.

I do not have wheels or tires for this. Would need rollers or 5x4.5 adapters as I have some spare jk wheels that could be thrown on.

Couple misc. Parts here and there, might have some extras lying around. Bought as a project with a family member, family member immediately lost interest when they realized they had to work on and spend additional money on it.

Not really sure where to price this at, lots of good stuff but a rough foundation. May move to part outs but maybe someone wants whole? Start at $1200 I guess, with tons of possibility for trades. Ford 1 tons, car hauler, jku hard top, ls cummins or hemi for swap, tools, foam board insulation.....not interested in boats or bikes.
