So I SOLD all my toys to come up with the down payment on this Shit box and the 92 Acres it is setting on. The owner owned it just for the hunting and rented the house out over the past 31 years to say the inside was in need of some up dates would be an under statement.

I Still have a long ways to go but we are getting there

So it has been a few weeks and we are now on our 3rd granite guy :woot:
the first guy was a joke :finger: Second guy broke the stone when installing and wanted me to pay twice :finger: so now we are on to the 3rd guy :woot:

progress has been slow as life shit just keeps popping up :( but the other day I got some more plumbing done :thumb: now I know I am not a plumber but I have an idea how gravity works :beerbang:

I had to get from here

to here with a house in between

So first things first lets cut some holes in the floors :beerbang:

and up goes the pipe :thumb:

And then some floor patching

meanwhile Mis has got the sound deadening installed in the bathroom walls and we have about 5 sheets of drywall covering it up already

And some days shit just don't go my way :( apparently I needed to set the hammer down just a little more gently :teehee:
