I can't beleive you panzies! look at the mass extiction you wish on a few bugs...pitterful.

if you have bug issue I can help you here. they are very predictable and they have habits. use a frisbe full of water with a couple of drops of soap in it. soap flushs surface tension and when said bug trys to make a landing for a drink it goes in like a 747.
if you want point contact try about 8 to 1 water and laundry saop in a spray bottle. takes out wasps and bees like nobodys business. soap water also work on boxelder bugs.

I'm all about burning them.. as long as no houses near by a good way to make sure fire gets all the way in hole pour water down hole for a while, then depending on how big you think nest or tunnels are dump gasoline accordingly down hole after water, gas will travel quick on water stream to all parts of tunnels.

light on fire and watch. this works with larger pests such as moles and ground hogs also. just use more water and gas.

I really doubt they will attack you or kids if you have any. I hate bees as much as anyone else but I agree with DD. Unless they africanize themselves overnight you'll be fine.

hancho's idea is a good one but you'll have to be careful of the fumes.

plug all visible holes with a rock or brick except one.
hook hose to vehicle tailpipe.
place hose over uncovered hole.
start vehicle and let them suck the brown wind of death.

this works good for moles too.

im with steveo, i prefer fire. If the flames dont get them, the lack of oxygen will.

1. block the holes
2. pour in your favotite cocktail of flammable liquids
3. figure out a way to ignite said flammable cocktail without losing your eyebrows
4. beer
5. marshmallows
6. grahamcrackers
7. chocolate

Repeat steps 4-7 as necessary

Fire method works well- experienced a backdraft of sorts with it before-

1. gallon of water in hole
2. throw towel over hole
3. pour gas in hole through towel
4. remove towel ignite fuel in hole
5. watch backdraft or sorts form as it tries to suck oxygen through other holes...

Fun for the whole family!
