Default Th350 With Np241

I Have a TH350 with NP203 transfer case in my 79 Blazer. The 203 is giving me all sorts of trouble. I have a rebuilt NP241 out of my 89 Blazer. I was going to put this in my truck? Will this work what about adapters fron transmission to transfer case. I have alll the drive shafts, I know I will have to work out the shifter. What do you guys think? I Like the NP241 for the low range, simple shifter.

the 241 transfer case has a different spline shaft that a 203. anything off of a th305 is different than a 700r4/4l60 and th400 is different than all of them. are you sure it is a 241 off of the blazer?

The T350 and the 700r4/4l603 are 27 spline the t400 is a 32 spline

You will need a 2wd T350 and a 2" aluminum adater that bolts to the np241 tcase adapter and then you will have to have your rear shaft shortend and the front lengthend. Either way it is a lot of trouble and $$. You could sell your 241 and buy a 203 or possibly trade and be out just your labor.
