88 F150 4x4
i'm movin out in aug. so my long time baby has gotta go.
its a black 1988 f-150 xlt lariet 4x4. right now the drivetrain removed due to an engine that needs rebuilding (it had 220,00 on it w/no rebuild). it has the three speed auto C6 trans and a borg warner 1356 manual shift tcase. the engine is a fuel injected 5.8L 351w. it needs alot of work. it would be better to drop a different engine in there.
the trans worked decent with a little bit of slippage and the tcase works great. over the years i have put alot of work into this rig.the body is in pretty rough shape...not dents but rust has attacked the lower part of the doors and some on the rear quarter panel.
*4" tuff country suspension lift w/tuff country extended shocks all around
and a 4' dropped pitman arm
*new 15x10 black steel wheels
*33x 12.5 mud tires (not sure of brand but il check it out)...they are a little weather checked but dont leak and have lots of tread. also a new full size spare on a white steelie
*new brakes ( alot of lines too) and u joints all around
*rancho steering stabilizer
*new high flow fuel pump
*bushwacker fender flares
*new bearings and seals throughout the rearend
ill try to get pics up sometime if anybody wants to take a look.
