Default 4 Door Comanche

Well I have my Cherokee and Comanche now. I started cutting up the comanche which is already Gutted thanks to junk90xj and I just got the cherokee yesterday. My cousin gave it to me for taking the radio out of it. It's gonna be a long project but I'll try to take as many pictures as possible.

I got a little bit done but it will still be a while. The bed is off the frame and I started cutting the back of the cab off.

I would shorten the bed a little. Maybe bring the front of the rear flare to the back of the cab? It does look very interesting.

yeah I was kinda thinkin that too but that would be easier to determine once the doors are squared up and the bed is in place. It does seem rediculously long but a cherokee is pretty short so it might work out.

That red one looks very well done, not like all the other chop jobs. Somewhere I have seen a crew cab comanche, I will try to find the pictures.

That is a very cool idea. The red one looks factory-built.

However I hope everyone goes and takes the time to read Timmys build, he spent a lot of time on that rig! (The blue one)

Crewcab? Sweet! Now really "pimp it'' and make it a dually.

(nevermind, that would be stupid)

Correct me if i'm wrong but i believe that the cherokee's are unibody? I'm a yj guy and have never owned a cherokee but if thats the case then you'll have to creat some sort of frame for it because you'll make the unibody too weak when you chop it. Not impossible but its something to plan for before you start cutting metal. Good luck.
