HotRod Tom What kind of locker? Have you ever done one before. Their were people lined up at 6am today to get in the dunes sitting in their trucks freezing it was 28 outside TJefferson

its a lockrite, fairly easy to install. went to website and downloaded install destructions. crazy people, wont catch me sitting in the cold!

heres my sisterinlaws samurai we just finished its got full cage a spring over lift tracker 4:62 gears a tracker 1.6 16v auto trans /transfercase tracker power steering tracker seats and the paint job she wanted the day she got it as a parts pile 5 years ago white w/pink flames next time we'lljust put samurai emblems on a tracker

weve had it there before the new paint job (last wed ) tt is around the corner from me (3mi) she drove it thru the picker valley trails last year

forgot to get pic when geo got stuck in 1 foot of soak water mud. best thing I could put in 1 gear and 4L it spin itself while I use my mighty strength to push geo out it was 2wd due bad hubs. Thank god for Light geo instead 5,000 pounds of stuff.


Got for $600 it have 90,000 miles now it 98,000 miles got in May 2009


Anyone know where to get cheap new lock out hubs for front axle?

What is actually wrong with your hubs?

are they they auto hubs or manual?

first time out after the build


after some shock tuning, wheels and tires


after a lot of changes and a new engine


I miss the old tracker... I havent been without a rig this long since before I built it in 05.

manual hub

problem is it too late to try fix it need complete new hubs.

it seem that preview owner didn't know that hub suppose to have maintain every 7,500 miles.

Like what kind of maintenance?? if they are dry can't you just soak them in gas, oil, WD40, etc and hope they loosen up so they spin?

spring in hub is GONE.

it too late. Inside have no grease it full of RUSTY. Soak in kroil for few days it work then install then few miles it chew springs due stuck.

for mainatian do you have owner manual? I have one and it say remove hub and inspect then pack with new grease every 7,500 miles.

5:29 kick gears
