How to bleed a P/S pump

1. open cap on pump
2. start vehicle
3. turn the steering wheel from side to side (slowly and all the way from stop to stop) a bunch of times, you should see some bubbles.

This should bleed it through, at least thats what i always did in my cj's.

hope it works.

Check into www.therangerstation.com. Run a search under the tech library for the power steering pump problem.
