If you go on Sunday after 12pm, I should be able to help a little, and possibly 89xj. We know where it is, just not sure where to go from the parking lot. I can try to get some time next weekend as well, this weekend I got a family reunion on Saturday.

I'll ask and think it would be OK.
We just got back from scouting around some more and discovered a hidden gourge just behind the gravel pit. It has a horse shoe gouge that has between 8 and 15+ foot side walls at easy45 to 60* slopes. and lots of rollers all around. There is a long v shape cut out that would be very challanging to get out of. Heck the hole thing will be a hard as all get out if I have my way. The big thing will be directional traffic routeing to get the most out of the whole gravel area and keep it safe and flowing.

Sunday the 27th after the Moose Poker run ?

I'd rather wheel than golf and our group will be in the Leota area overnight.

This has awesome potential !

thanks Ron,

WW

We looked at the TOPO maps we had done of the proporty today and it gives a treeless look at routeing and a better prespective of the land. There is one hill that has a vert. of 100 feet and it gets up there fast. and there are several valleys 40 to 50 feet deep. and plenty of other ridges and rolls. One leads down to a low wet area that will end up making the mud lovers happy. Boss wants to do a drive around with a few of us and get some ideas so I hope to get him out there Fri or Sat . when we are there .

Everyone who seem intrested give me a PM or post a thumbs up and I can use it as a referance to show them the intrest as well.

Sucks you won't be able to go this weekend, but the paycheck will be nice and I believe we are planning a trip up for next weekend too.

Ron,as far as Saturday the 26th and the 2nd or 3rd we are all game. Will keep in touch throughout the week.
