Default YJ Fuel Tank Skid Plate??

Has anyone built their own skid plate for the fuel tank? I want to make my own out of steel. Just hoping someone had some pictures or measurements they wouldnt mind sharing. Thanks

Are you making one just to make one? Or is yours rusted out?

I have bashed the living hell out of my OEM skid, they hold up pretty well.

My OEM skid has a pretty good size hole in the bottom and the sides are completly gone. Just thought it would be fun to make one, but am not opposed to just putting a new OEM one back on it.

Stock ones are light, easy to find and mine has taken unbelievable abuse. When I put in new 1" lift bodymounts, I also raised my tank and skidplate 2", very easy to do.
