Default bernzomatic

My trigger start bernzomatic won't ignite any more. WTF is wrong with it? Yes, smartasses, it does have gas.

It's broken, get a new one.

Will it light using a bic?

It's handy to have though, I just wondered if there was a simple way to fix it.

its most likely the vandiegraph pump that makes the spark is broken in some form, if you really want to fix it check where it makes the spark at to ensure its clean, then put your finger on it and push the button if its a shocking experience thats working, honestly its not worth fixing for what you pay for a new one.

just got a sweet one from Harbor Freight. Don't know if it works for mapp though. I would have bought the bernzomatic, but I just happened to be there and saw this one. BTW, this was my first time at Harbor Freight.....the people shopping there matched the goods they sell.
