Default Bent tie rod alignment

I bent my tie rod pretty good this past weekend and my alignment is obviously messed up now. I would like to just buy another tie rod but I know damn well that as soon as I go on the trails at Twisted again the same thing will happen. My questoin is; should I get an alignment and drive with a bent tie rod, or will it flex too much when I turn? It's my DD.

lol i did the same thing to my cj-7 soa yesterday while testing it out,

at least i have my new HD waiting in the wings on my high steer set up that will be done in the next few weeks.

i dont think its a good idea to drive on a bent tie rod but i would ask a shop about it.

Buy stronger steering? There are alot of options out there for XJs.

I went JCR 1-ton.

How bad is it bent? I wouldn't trust it because you've fatigued the metal past where it is designed to be so to speak. Bending it back will only weaken it further.

For a temp fix for a couple days it would probably be ok. I would get it swapped out ASAP though.
