not for $60. you could make something like it with a magnet and piece of scrap steel.

I don't see it working that well, it would get you close, but not on the money. Most tube will spring back on you a couple* when you release the bender. You then have to bend a little more. All tube is different and has different spring back rates so you couldn't really set it for a few * past either.
