Question I just bought a 16' ?

Well I finaly bought a boat,Its a 16' 4 Winns Freedom limited edition with a:3.0 OMC (I 4).The interiorr is shot ,I picked up for a song ,needs seats and some floor work no big deal .

The question for 16 foot 3.0 OMC owners:do you like it for what it is ?
Does it pull kids on tubes skis ect... ok?

Just dont Know what to expect. My dads friend had one said it was pretty good on fuel but it liked midgrade..

I'm used to Correctcrafts and Mastercrafts so this is going to be a bit of a let down for me to ski behind..But I antisapate the kids will have fun ,and after all thats all that matters.

Oh I have not sold my Jeep or buggy yet...............................

Thanks
Jeff

use the cheap gas in it, adjust the timing if you are having problems...it will pull tubers but struggles to get them up on plane(adults not kids) it might hit 40-45

it'll do better if you can get the tow rope up and out of the water too, it'll make it wipe faster.
