Exclamation Small Bracket and welder assistance?

I don't have access to a welder nor any tools besides a handsaw and a drill. Was planning on heading up to Silver Lake on Wednesday. Just realized since I installed my ARB Bull Bar that there isn't a flag mount. I drew this up real quick in notepad of what I'm looking for.

Didn't have any CAD program so I worked with what I had. My scaling sucks but piece is probably only about 1.5"-2" wide and 2"-2.5" deep. I believe the hole is 3/8" for the flag bolt. Anyone have a small piece steel lying around that could help me fab this up real quick and weld it onto the top tube of my BullBar? Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks!

just drill a hole in the bumper, or stop at one of the many shops. They have all sorts of different tabs and stuff if you can find a place to slide a 9/16th bolt through

Yeah thats the temporary solution plan if this doesn't go through. I just wanted to mount it at the top of the larger hoop dead center. Not necessary just something I've wanted to do.

Thanks for the offer. After looking at it again, I think im gonna go with oz97tj's advice. I was just over thinking it. It will look fine with just a hole drilled. Some times I get too picky when it comes to my jeep. :tonka:
