Default the new Cray...

roadrunner

"Roadrunner will primarily be used to ensure the safety and reliability of the nation's nuclear weapons stockpile."

In other words, this will be used to eavesdrop on every human being on the planet and do voice recognition on the fly whilst cross referencing to the interpol and FBI criminal databases with direct tap ins to the world bank and various branches around the world.

that would be sweet for a home server. It could categorize my porn and mp3's 1,000 different ways in 2 seconds.

In the past 10 years, supercomputer power has increased about 1,000
times. Today, just three of Roadrunner's 3,456 Tri-blade units have the
same power as the 1998 fastest computer. A complex physics calculation that
will take Roadrunner one week to complete, would have taken the 1998
machine 20 years to finish -- it would be half done today! If it were
possible for cars to improve their gas mileage over the past decade at the
same rate that supercomputers have improved their cost and efficiency, we'd
be getting 200,000 miles to the gallon today.
I want my 200,000 mpg car!

I'm glad they can spy on everyone because "everyone" includes terrorists. I don't care if they spy on me because I don't do anything illegal.

In some ways I agree with this. However, you have no idea what may become illegal in the future that they can use past information to track you down with. The less the government knows about me, the better I feel. I trust the US government less than some towel head with a pipe bomb. The US government is capable of and guilty of far worse crimes than any terrorist will ever even think of.
