Default roll bar, full size chevy

ok ive been reading for days and ive come up with a design for my truck. its an 87 k10, lifted 9 in, soon to be 13. im not looking for crazy high speed racing protection, just more than enough to keep my cab from turning into a convertable if i ever tip it over. i came up with this awful representation cause autocad isnt working. i hope the pics make sense of what im trying to do. i plan on using square and round tube for the build. also need help deciding what sizes to use for what. if the pic doesnt make sense ill try to translate. any help is apreciated.
the main hoop will be round tube with a big x bracing from coner to corner.

looks good, but I would probably keep the cage the same width as the body, instead of just the little hoops at the top. It looks like you drew it up that way, and then painted over it with a white line.

and why not do it all in round tube instead of part round, part square?

ill probably do it that way like i planned at first. the part round part square is just to save money. i know the hoop should be round since thats what most of the weight will be on as it rolls, the rest is just support.

what i really need is help choosing pipe/tube. ive read all the pipe and tube threads but it looks like most of those guys are driving smaller jeeps and such and building complete much stronger cages.

using square is not going to save you enough money to justify the ugly its going to add.
