Covered in mud...
***SOLD*** 1953 Willys CJ-3a - $500
1953 CJ-3a willys flatfender Jeep.
Was going to use this to build a new crawler, but I didn't want to strip a decent complete flatfender to just use a few parts.
Has a later F head 4 cyl, T90, Dana 18 with twin sticks. Motor is converted to 12volts. Engine did start/run 3 years ago when I put it in the barn. Transmission is questionable.
Dana 44 rear axle (offset). I assume they are the stock 5.38 gears, but I never checked.
There's a soft top, but its kinda ratty. But all of the hardware was there, so maybe can get just new skins from bestop.
Has a good Reese tow bar on the front.
Body needs work (don't they all?). Floorboards aren't original, but are pretty much solid. The body isn't too rusty, but there are some seams that are splitting and need to be welded back up. Shouldn't be too bad.
Rolls fine, steers fine. Its always been stored inside since I've owned it.
Frame seems in decent shape, haven't seen any rust through or cracks in it.
A rear sport bar is included, appears to be a true Jeep bar, not 3rd party.
Clean michigan title. Can deliver within about a 100 mile radius of oxford, mi, for $1 per mile.
I'll have pics up soon.
No trades, $500 Firm.
