Default Home Ac Failed

circuit was off....the condenser unit compressor stopped running.. I thought I would try to fix it my self..figured its about 7 yrs old so I replaced the capacitors one for the fan even though the fan would run and the one for the compressor,...the compressor still didn't start up...so after thinking about it a bit I decided to look at the wires where they enter the compressor...sure enough 1 wire was not connected the crimp on connector failed the wire dropped off ...so I put on a new connector and reassembled... and it fired up! seems strange that it would fail there... Im just happy it was an easy fix
