Now you say I don't know the law. But it is funny that I have had to correct Officers on the law on several occassions. Also when they came to my house so I could file a complaint or report. They always said not much they could do. But when I start throwing out MCL's at them, they change there tune and take action. Police Officers are not any smarter on the laws then I am. You do not even need to go to college to be a police officer. You just need to be able to pass the MCOLES. Most Officers are arrogant and think they are above the law.

I do not think I am above the law at all.

Now the few times on here I have responded to questions like the speeding ticket one I was not speaking from law but from experince. But I am not going to nor do I have to give you my life biography on here.
At first, I typed a whole lot of stuff to tell you what an asshat you are. But, it's not worth it. You go right on ahead and carry your gun without a CPL, appeal those formal hearings and all the other bullshit you've spewed on here. I'm sure there's some dummy who will take what you say as the gospel and go get him or herself arrested because of your fucked up advice.

Ok so your saying that Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (P.L. 108-277; 18 U.S.C.
926B and 926C; July 22, 2004) (LEOSA)

Does not exsist, let me know what department you work at. So I can travel through your jurdstiction. That way when you or fellow officers pull me over. Try to charge me with carrying a concealed weapon with out a permit. I can have their ass in a sling and their badge removed from them with a civil law suit.

Look up the definition of Law Enforcement, especially the Michigan State Law for Federal Law Enforcement.

But before you did all of that, we'd stick our fingers in your butt and give you a great big Hitler with your own poo. Then we would shoot you in the buttocks with your own gun and take video of you crying like a little bitch so we could post it on YouTube.

Oh. I'm sorry. I'm not being very professional. We wouldn't post the video on YouTube.

Hey fukc nut. Go back and reread it. Or better yet if your to fucking stupid to comprehend it I will post it and highlight it for you. Michigan had nothing to with this law, it was a federal act by Congress.

I already got 2 officers a couple weeks on the street because of their actions.

Mcoles had nothing to do with this at all. As of July 22, 2004 I have been carrying.

Also I do have a CPL but that was before this was passed.

Now show me the statute that says you have powers of arrest. Not just that you can "arrest" someone who escapes, but general powers of arrest.

Are you always such an asshole or is that just your web persona?
