Is that according to the real law or according to your fucked up, make believe law? How can you carry legally if you're not a cop? Is that the "wanna-be" exclusion?

Please forgive my straight forward response. I'm drinking and you're a foreskin.

Did you miss the part about the two of us being 007 agents?
As far as we're concerned you're nothing but a renta-cop. Now go stand in front of the mirror and practice quick-draw with your Air-Soft gun.:miff:

Go stick your nose back in your law books. You better have the newest ones as well. Because there has been an act of Congress.

Law
Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (P.L. 108-277; 18 U.S.C.
926B and 926C; July 22, 2004) (LEOSA)

So go read some more. Oh and if your department did not know about this. Better let them know. Because I am tired of having to prove this to Police Officers.

I'm gonna justify my answer...
I marked "Illegally". My justification is that I no longer do, but, I had a Highschool Co-op (yes, thats right, highschool co-op) were the owner of the company required us on certian assigments to carry a hand gun. His reasoning is he wanted us to have a "Plan C". Plan A being talk your way out, Plan B leave the situation immediatly and notify law enforcement if required. Plan C was simply don't bring a knife to a gun fight.

What is it, well if your Law Enforcement Officer. You are now capable to carry concealed through out all 50 states with out a permit. Also if you are retired law enforcement you can fall under this as well.

That is basically what it says.

I'll bet it says that if you're an Anteater and not a Helmet you can pack heat just like a secret agent. The only other stipulation is you have to be hung like a chipmunk and carry a really big gun with really big bullets.

Ummm. I was a corrections officer and was never a wanna-be and neither were most of my co-workers. But there was always a couple who thought they were cops and professed to know the law. I suspect that is the case with bigcuntry. Trust me, we see them all the time showing up on scenes in their uniforms. Carrying radios in their vehicles and talking shit on the web like they really know the law. I'm sure bigcuntry can hand out commissary with the best of 'em but he don't know shit about the law and has proved it time and again on this site.

I would never call ALL corrections officers wanna-bes. Never.

Well if you even knew me you would think differently.

One thing I do not have a radio besides my CB in my truck. I do not show up to police calls. I never once went to a police call.

I don't hand out commissary. We have workers in the commissary that do it.

Now you say I don't know the law. But it is funny that I have had to correct Officers on the law on several occassions. Also when they came to my house so I could file a complaint or report. They always said not much they could do. But when I start throwing out MCL's at them, they change there tune and take action. Police Officers are not any smarter on the laws then I am. You do not even need to go to college to be a police officer. You just need to be able to pass the MCOLES. Most Officers are arrogant and think they are above the law.

I do not think I am above the law at all.

Now the few times on here I have responded to questions like the speeding ticket one I was not speaking from law but from experince. But I am not going to nor do I have to give you my life biography on here.
