Less then a ton. I would have to guess around 800-900 pounds.

i got 525 lbs for the 5.8L, still cant find anything on the e40d

Imo, The E40d Was Junk From The Factory. Mine Was Headin For Scrap, Till Some Genious Actually Gave Me Money For The Pos.
But I Would Say It Came In Just Over 100lbs.
The Windsor, Idk. But Seemed As Heavy As The 460 Replacing It
