Default Pictures?

I came to this thread to see pictures of an awesome weekend. We need a dispute forum. Anyway-thankyou to the owners of this fine piece of land who have opened it to us, also all you guys who are working at keeping us in the woods and help put this together including making the land more 4x4 friendly with wider trails, rock course, and obstical set up. You guys ROCK and I will be at the next event!

So now that asshat is done does anyone have any more pictures?

Also it looks like the hill shawn rolled on was roped off, is this something that was done by the land owner? Is that going to happen everytime someone rolls or was there a lefitamate reason to close the hill off?

A couple pics I took.

Kelly did a great job of spotting Lindsay.

I was coming down a steep ravine and digging into the dirt with my windshield bar. No problem........ until I hit a root that was buried in the dirt from the uphill side.

Did a great job of breaking my windshield.

Yes, unfortunately Shawn was climbing a steep hill & flipped over backwards. Just by coincidence I was right there 40 feet away. He and Brian were OK but I'm sure they are sore today. Kudos to them for taking it like good sports. Thanks to those who helped out.

After I rolled and Jim had a hard time on the similar brother hill next to the one I was on, it was descided that it's best to rope it off, I agree

Yeah, I'm ok, but boy oh boy I am hurting. Here some pics I had taken.

Chad,
No it was not roped off by the land owner. It was done by me. It's virtually impossible now and in an obscure location. A rig by themselves could flop there and it's quite possible no one would find them for some time. With all the other challenging stuff on the property, it didn't seem wise to leave this open.

Yes, I'm sure it could be debated and there are rigs out there that would feel they want to play on it. But it seemed the wise thing to do at the time. Even with this closed, I'll guarantee you that every single person who attended found a spot where they said "I couldn't do that".

Jim. you need a speedglass windshield. Whats that, like 3 or 4 now? How did the jeep run with the new setup?

The count is this is the 4th in 4 years. I'm not sure if the speed glass would have helped in this case. Speed glass is more than double the cost of a std windshield so I'm not sure what I'll do yet. Going to get some prices.

Jeep ran great. Bryce did a great job for me.

I couldn't make impossible hill though.
