Default Wow, it is perfect outside..

We were just outside shooting our flame throwers, and our air powered potato launchers.

Our target on the back of our warehouse is actually starting to get worn out.. as in the cement is starting to chip away.. all from potatos .

AWESOME, I have chased parts. And I am now going to go out and throw the baseball with my boys. You all have fun at work for it is going to rain when you get out.

It's 72 here.......all year round. And only the view of a building next to me. Rarely see sunlight. Yes, I get depressed some times.

Yep. Today was the perfect day to go outside (in the U.P.) and shovel and haul sand out of my grandma's front yard. I'm tired....

We just exploded an engine block on a generator during "heavy load testing".

What kind of prototype testing do commercial electricians have to do?
"hit the on button. It works? Good job."

yeah, today has been rough. Went to an estate sale and picked up a glass top patio table for $7.50. It totally matches the chairs I have and is almost like the table the wind broke two weeks ago. So to celebrate, I let Chris take me for a ride on the Harley and out to lunch :tonka:. Other than coming inside just to check up on gossip, I've been outside all day...... I so hope snow is over for a few months :tonka:

Payday! Drove to work, bank, post office. Mailed off money orders for my latest eBay purchases. Can't wait to get my Staunies and onboard air setup. Then bought some butter Pecan Hagen Daz and headed in to work to eat it in front of the dayshift crew (I work 4pm-midnight).

negative.

this is a generac proto engine, 1180 CC's, v-twin... Hooked up to a stator/rotor that makes more electricity (resistance) then the engine can handle.

We get all sorts of cool things to test now.

fun fun.

Today brought everyone out on campus. People all over either playing ball, catch, or frisbee... rollerblading, whatever. Some tessting stuff for Spring Fling tomorrow, etc.

It's a really nice day. Thinking of hitting Cliff Drive tomorrow sometime to see if the snows melted enough to get to the top of the cliffs yet.

What's Shift doin' back in the UP?

ah da Tech in da spring! Do you still need sunglasses driving behind Wads on the first nice day? All that Casper flesh in bikinis!

If not Cliff Dr, its always a nice drive out to the Gay Bar. :tonka:

haha, or I could just go to the Dog or DT. They're closer. :p

and yes, sunglasses are required. But I'm not complaining as it's nice to see girls again. Strangely enough there are even a few that aren't that bad!
