my boats

I have a 10' Wilderness Systems Pungo. I've been really happy with it for the last 4 years. I just took it on a 3 day trip down the Manistee river at the beginning of May. I packed all my gear, stove, tent, sleeping bag/pad, food, water filter, everything.

I've been wanting to get into touring, so I just got one that is a little longer (17'). I haven't really taken it on any trips yet, just on the lake and down the Muskegon River once. It's kind of a bitch because it is pretty heavy, almost 80 lbs.

Heritage Expedition LP

My girlfriend has 9'6" Mainstream Streak. It's pretty sturdy yet lightweight. It's responsive and comfortable and suits her just fine for day trips. I'm just not sure what's going to happen with overnights and multi-day. I should be able to carry enough stuff in mine to take care of it. Great boat for MC Sports 199$ special.

My mom paddles a 10' Perception Prodigy EXP, decent and lightweight, my dad paddles a 12' Old Town Pack (solo canoe), my sister and brother in law paddle 10' Colemans (Pelican) I hate those crappy boats.
