Home made rear split / fold & tumble seats YJ/CJ

With my family of 3 in the Jeep theres never enough room for stuff, so I had planned on buying a rampage split fold and tumble rear seat to have the option of having 1 seating postion fold out of thje way for, say a cooler or whatever... but I decided to make my own. I am using 2 rear center seats from a 2003 Ford Explorer.

I've completed one side and I'm starting on the other side...

Here's how I did it.

Yes the cooler fits well !

I need to clean up the edges and paint everything but you get the idea.

I got several of these, years ago, at FOX auto parts down in Belleville, a scrap yard that IIRC specializes in Ford stuff... The trick is to find 2 matching ones, as they only come 1 per truck.
