Default XJ bumper-New pics 06/28/08-first post

Let me know what you think. I plan on selling them for $440....if anyone buys them.

After the welds are ground smooth.

Now I just need to put some bedliner on.

Finally Installed
Note; The D-ring tabs are not my designed tabs-I let some hillbilly do them for me and they turned out too thin in one area, The last hole on the mounting (7/8") does line up properly, but my frame is actually tweaked due to an accident.

I'd buy one for my XJ.

If someone could help me weld a new front left frame horn on, anyway...

Yeah, it helps keep the winch cool. No, I just need to drill a hole in the center of it before it's done. I would also have the cut-out for the fairlead and the holes for the winch, but the guy who is buying this one doesn't know what winch he is buying yet and if he'll have a solid fairlead with syn. line or rollers for a cable.

I'd take those pictures down or put a watermark on them before JP Fabrication uses them in an ad.

No, they wouldn't like those welds....there needs to be about 8 times as much gobbed on there to hold it real strong-like.

My Jeep was in an accident before I bought it, the frame horn is buckled in a good inch or so, someone cut new holes in the front bumper's bracket to make it fit right.

Same here. I could just make you one with no holes in one side and you could just mark them and drill them yourself.
