Most fab shops that sell "blank chassis" get $3000 for a bare chassis, up to $4500 for a chassis with link mounts, motor mounts, etc. And that is using Jigs/templates etc...

$1850 for a one off piece with that amount of labor and tube is great

nice lookin/funtional cage but i don't know about the extra roof protection that is just my opinion,but as stated before, some one has talent and some one else was willing to pay for it. $1850 for a cage like that seems kind of cheap maybe the fab guy needs to ask for a raise.

needs more triangulation, those welds suck, you should have added a bar over here and you could have eliminated that bar. Those seat belt mounts are not safe, it doesnt tie into the frame in enough places.
