Nice looking Jeep. I'd scoop this up if I were looking for one. I thought this one would sell quickly.

How far did you drive this when it was your DD? Do you have any guess to the mpg?

Mileage is what you would expect from a vehicle shaped like a brick with a V-8. I was living in GR and working in Allegan when I bought it and rarely drove it to work because it was 50 miles each way. The following year I moved to Holland and commuted to Allegan (about 30 miles on backroads). This year I only drive about 8 miles round trip. It gets between 10 to 15 depending on how and where you drive it. Highway mileage is the lower because of the 3 speed with 4:11 gears. 70 mph is pulling about 3000 rpm. I have driven this back home at 70, approximately 250 miles and it runs great, just have to get used to people passing you, I love Michigan;) I bought a new Edelbrock 650 AVS offroad carb for it and they are known to run rich. I am ignorant when it comes to carbs and have never played with it, I just bolted it on and ran it. A little tuning and a jet kit you could probably get another 3 or 4 miles to the gallon. I live close enough to work now that I don't really care. I am moving up north for the summer on June 9th and would like to have this gone so I don't have to move two cars so if your interested let me know.
