Default Harlan, KY ** video added pg.2 **

Here's a couple of snap shots from the little bit of video and camera I have. (video pics = low pixel)

There's plenty more, but won't have all of them or the videos for a few days.

It did well. Waiting to get pics/video from everyone else.

We did make him a new crossmember for his rear traction bar out of the ramp storage from the back of my trailer (getting re-decked soon) after the stock one looked more like it should be a panel on my jeep. He needs bigger tires...

The one with the green Bronco was from Upper. The 2nd pic is the very beginning of Lower if you start at the bottom of the hill and the rest were from Lion's Den.

edit: Unless you were asking about Vaughn's pic's ... I didn't see his post.

SilverXJ at the entrance to Railbed

Getting thru this part of Lion's Den was probably the most challenging part of the trip, and the most fun.

Here's SilverXj getting thru that same part

I do have to say that Joel had the best line and drove right through there...

And with only a few set backs, there's only a few repairs that I remember:

~A new cross member made from trailer ramp storage pieces.
~Two custom front center pins ... I have a feeling those will never break.
~A really bent hydraulic cylinder arm. :tonka:
~A couple of over heating issues.

My XJ did great and was surprised the front axle held up to the abuse. The body has been reworked, but everything else held up.

In all, that was a great trip.

Are you still running the 30 front axle?
