I love my 276c that a bunch of people purchased in that group by 6 or 7 months ago. It has the course deviation indicator which of course is designed for water travel. It also will give you water depth, and water temperature. And the screen is so bright, it would work when the sun is on it.

When you're done on the lake, toss it on your dash in the truck, and away you go.

276c is the one I have.

For the depth finder to work you need to purchase an add on.

To have the charts you need to purchase them, which I need to do. But I would definetely go witht he 276c. I also want to purchase the auto kit for it.
