Default XJ bumper all done

Here she is. My bumper is all done. I have this all drawn up in a CAD program so if anyone else wants one let me know and I'll get some pieces cut.

I'm thinking about trying to sell a few for $400, which is pretty cheap from what I've seen. Do you think that's a fair price?

Drain hole and an LED so you can see the cable winding/unwinding at night.

How did you tie it to the uni-body?

Right now it's just on the 3 factory holes on each side, but I'm going to weld some extensions to get 3 more holes per side. If I make another it will be one piece though. I see a lot of bumpers that use the steering box bolts, but that has proven to be sort of a pain in the ass for me. That's what I did on my last bumper, then I got in a head-on accident and it messed up the mounting for the steering box by bending the bolts and elongating the holes. I realize this was not an off-road situation but I could see it happening in the right/wrong conditions.

The recessed lights are $75 KC's with a wiring kit and the rounds are $10 el-cheapo lights from Meijer.

What do you guys think about this updated design? I put an angle along the whole underside and made the ends, under the blinkers, 2" thick instead of tapering to a point. Then I also have the option of wraping it around closer to the wheels for cut fenders.
